Awards Luncheon 2019

Leadership Memphis is proud to announce our 2019 Leadership Awards Luncheon presented by Regional One Health and Sedgwick on March 22, 2019, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Leadership Memphis will present the following awards:

  • Penny Hardaway, University of Memphis Men’s Basketball Coach, as the 2019 Kate Gooch Leader of the Year
  • Percie Strong-Jenkins, SVP, Senior Treasury Officer, Bank of America as the 2019 Distinguished Alumni of the Year
  • BRIDGES USA, 2019 Community Champion

This year’s event will feature keynote speaker John B. King, President, The Education Trust, and the 10th U.S. Secretary of Education, presented by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Memphis Branch. The theme of this year’s event is Opportunity Youth engagement and the role of leadership in ensuring lasting success for communities. The Education Trust (edtrust.org) is a non-partisan group working toward equity in education for all kids.

Tickets are $50 each or $500 for a table of 10. Purchase tickets online on Eventbrite.
