Leadership Memphis is dedicated to equipping individuals with the skills, knowledge and tools to create a positive, practical impact in the community.
The core of Leadership Memphis programs is bringing people together. Multiculturalism and inclusion are the foundational elements of each of our programs and we build on that foundation with a balanced curriculum of community education, experiential learning, collaborative exercises, hands-on activities, and community engagement.
Leadership Memphis participants gain a deeper understanding of the interrelated issues facing our community. In the process, collectively and individually, they become better connected, better prepared, and more motivated to influence positive change.
